Antiageluminous provides custom clothing decoration services including:

  • Custom embroidery design and application
  • Decorative patch creation and attachment
  • Appliqué artistry and fabric layering
  • Consultation services for clothing decoration projects

All services are customized based on client specifications and are subject to approval and agreement before work begins.

Orders and Quotes

All project quotes are estimates based on information provided during consultation. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes. Orders are confirmed once both parties agree to specifications and pricing. Deposits may be required for large or complex projects.

Acceptable Use of Our Services and Website

When you use our website or engage our services, you agree to act responsibly and lawfully. In particular, you agree not to:

Design Rights

Clients retain rights to their original designs submitted to Antiageluminous. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any logos, images, or designs they request for decoration.

Project Timeline

Timeline estimates are provided in good faith but are not guarantees. Factors affecting completion include design complexity, material availability, and order volume. We will notify clients promptly of any delays.

Quality and Satisfaction

We strive for excellence in all clothing decoration work. Clients will have opportunities to review and approve designs before final execution. Minor variations in handcrafted work are natural and do not constitute defects.

Liability Limitations

Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be lawfully limited.

Subject to those non-excludable rights, Antiageluminous is not liable for:

  • Damage to garments provided by clients that are worn, fragile, or unsuitable for decoration
  • Color variations due to fabric types or dye lots
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Where our liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, it will be limited, to the extent permitted by law, to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and clear specifications
  • Supply garments in good condition suitable for decoration
  • Respond to requests for approval or clarification in a timely manner
  • Make payments according to agreed terms
  • Pick up or arrange delivery of completed items promptly

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include attempting to breach security, interfering with functionality, or using automated systems to access content without permission. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms of Use are being breached.

Intellectual Property
